Anthony Deane
Business Development
Anthony launched his first business, Advance Shipping International at the age of 18 back in 1986. The company grew and soon started shipping freight worldwide as a recognised UK consolidator. In 1996, Anthony became involved in the property market setting up a limited company as a property developer and at around the same time launched his own successful residential mortgage company to complement his property business. With over 20 years in the property and finance industry, Anthony works within a niche market helping clients who rely on his expertise, build their property portfolios. Anthony is a director of Stone Wharf, a firm of property agents who are always willing to go the extra mile which sets them apart from other agents.

Anthony's skills and expertise lie in his natural ability to predict business trends before they actually happen. His foresight together with his forward planning and thinking means he has his finger on the pulse at all times. He also knows the value of integrating IT into a business so it really benefits the company rather than just use IT for the sake of it. Anthony is a “people person”, boasting excellent people skills, but his real forte lies in his ability to make people feel comfortable right from the outset, which goes a long way when generating new business and forging new contacts within the industry.
